The hotel is very chaotic when you enter. There is no staff and you cannot call room service or the front desk at any time. They connect you to ai then from ai they connect you to a call center in Orlando. They never connect you to anyone who works there at anytime and it makes asking for fresh towels or even a simple coffee impossible. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It's been years since I've lived in Ottawa and have been to this location (formerly Rideau Race Track). Rather than "drop off" signage at the hotel door, maybe instead have a 15-minute max parking for hotel guests first arriving and checking in. Arriving was probably the most confusing part of my stay. i.e., could I park in front while I checked in? I had to go through security screening (fronting the Casino) before I was directed to the hotel's front desk, which is inside the Casino and to the side. Then I had to go out and find parking, and then navigate the elevators (one elevator's panel is finicky and you have to really push the floor button or you're riding up and down until someone tells you this - my experience.) The room was very nice. Ample space, comfy bed, clean and quiet. The restaurant was excellent. We were there for an enjoyable show. I recommend, and I will definitely stay again.
