「The room was clean and the pool was beautiful and well kept. The location is good and walking distance to the water and restaurants. The road to get to the main road washed out during a couple of days of rain. The only complaint I had was there is no coffee in the room and it was a chore every morning to walk to the restaurants to get coffee.」

「The hotel staff at the front desk were helpful, but they should improve on their customer support skills. Just because we speak Spanish, that does not mean we should be treated any differently than those who don’t. The rooms were not as expected since one was significantly smaller. The elevator in building 17 was broken for most our stay. On building 13, room cleaning did not happen during the expected time and we had to get out of our rooms late in the afternoon.」
