"We were there for three days. Staff was amazing and everything was super clean. Pool/hot tub area was awesome as well. My only suggestion would be to have someone monitoring the pool/hot tub area. Way too many parents seem to use the hot tub as their personal kiddie pool so they don’t have to watch their kids in the actual pool. "

"There are not any shops within walking distance all food must be delivered; all water at a fair price was sold out and I had to buy a $5 water bottle. Breakfast was cereal and waffles and yogurt very small selection and not great quality at all. The airport shuttle was nice but that’s about it."

"We had booked this hotel in July or last year and we knew we wanted to book it again by the experience we had from last time. Christian at the from desk is so professional, the breakfast lady is so sweet. When booking this time I saw all these negative reviews and knew it was just people being picky, but not one thing was wrong. The pool was a little cold but hey it’s surrounded by windows, it’s in the ground, and it’s winter. What do you expect. We will definitely booked this hotel again. "

"The maid service was poor. The food was okay. The price for a massage was to high. However it was close to Woodfield Shopping Mall. I paid for the room and still they had several more fees. The service simply was not there. "
