"Clean, spacious room with all amenities we needed. Great location. 5th Star is especially for the breakfast and service staff. Only thing not appreciated was their request for our personal info, which was (not provided and) not needed by them. Booked through an outside online travel agency. "

"The breakfast, pool, hot tub and staff service were all amazing! There were quite a few tire rupturing potholes around the property and difficult to navigate in the dark. Overall fantastic experience- would go again:)"

"A lot of work is needed here. You can tell this hotel is the bottom of the Wndyham chain. Bedding all needs replacing; mattress, pillows and blankets. Lots of parking, new fridge with freezer in room."

"Getting a lake view was great and easy. Staff was nice and questionable about our stay. Breakfast menu looks excellent there is more to choose from than other hotels. Loved that there is 2 hot tubs instead of 1 plus clean and inviting. "

"This room was booked almost 30 days in advance with the trip insurance via hotels.com. That being said, upon arrival, the hotel did not have our reservation on file. The gentleman could sense our distress and was very accommodating. Thankfully he had a room available (for 2 nights over MEA weekend). The room was very clean and cozy with soft bedding and coordinating thick bathroom towels. Larger fridge. The shower is a bit on the small side but it had 2 celing heaters. The images do not depict the motel style of the hotel. No popl or hot tub on site. Would recommend as it is a nice cozy place, reasonable with friendly staff."
