"We had such a great stay with Naboo Resort and hope to return in the future! It was our first time visiting Roatan and we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The property and rooms were clean, and the onsite food was wonderful. Pool was clean and relaxing when the beach was unavailable due to weather clean up. The staff were excellent - all of the front desk team were helpful, remembered our names and were quick to respond with any requests. The restaurant team (Omar, Marvin, Iris + more!) were always attentive and helpful. Onsite breakfast buffet was different everyday but always a good start to the day. We also did a wonderful day trip through Naboo and would recommend our driver/guide, Luther. He was attentive all day and made sure we were able to see the stops we wanted to see. Overall would recommend. We are not scuba divers but the attached dive shop / dive excursions would be a great perk for anyone interested. The rooms on the upper floors do have fairly steep stairs, so keep this in mind if you have any issues with stairs. The beach is about a 5 minute walk away, but very easy to get to. Once the road construction is wrapped up it will be even easier/faster. Thanks for the great stay! "

"The basic room has a few set backs: no full-length mirror, no full-length closet to hang dresses, no chair in the bedroom. What makes Arca so great is it’s staff! "

"Absolutely beautiful, resort was great. Food isn't like other all inclusive but was still good. I am not into food so didnt bother me. I was able to always find something I could eat. Resort and grounds could not be better!! I personally wouldn't do all inclusive as there were so many restaurants within walking distance on the beach. "

Particularly Romerio in the dining room, Janessa and Ingrid in entertainment and Felisha from the customer service area. The food was good and plentiful. The facility was a bit dated, but everything was clean and well kept. I would have no hesitation to return to this resort. "

The property was incredibly clean and beautifully maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect — just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and stores, making everything easy and convenient. What truly made our trip unforgettable was our host, Carlos. He is a wonderful person — kind, respectful, and genuinely caring. He helped us with our bags, laundry, opening doors, and made sure every need was met with love and compassion. We never had to worry about anything because he was always there to help. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Carlos is sensational and made our stay extra special."
