"The room was very nice and clean with extra pillows and blankets. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and service for breakfast with exemplary. I was very disappointed that the hot tub was not working order and that we are not compensated in anyway for that inconvenience. I paid extra for a hotel that had a pool in a hot tub in the pool was cold in the hot tub was not working order. "

"While everything is great, the room is a bit small and all amenities such as fridge, microwave are in the common lobby. Otherwise perfect location for travelers not wanting to stay in Anchorage for more than a night, right by the airport."
