Very friendly staff, hotel is on the old side but all the staff are nice. My room was in decent shape for the age. Room had a small stove top and microwave, would definitely stay there again just because of the staff.

The Hotel is OLD. BUT. that said. I felt fine. The road noise would have been my greatest complaint. Please remember this place is old so please don't compare it to the newer hotels had a last-minute bit of business to take care of in Anchorage. I wanted a bed to lay my head.

The photos are very dated. This place was older and not very well maintained. The entire room smelled like cigarette smoke and the shower had hair in it. Definitely not worth what I paid. Had we not come in after 11pm on a flight I would have gone somewhere else.

This was a very old property so everything was showing many years of use and was not updated. That being said the bed was clean and comfortable. The mini fridge was cold. The water was hot and there was good water pressure in the shower. The staff was very friendly. The room rates were reasonable for Alaska in the summer. We would definitely stay there again.

The shower didn't work and the tub was gross. The toilet leaked water on the floor. A drawer was missing from the dresser. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the curtains were stained to match. All around an unsettling and gross experience. Front desk staff were nice and helpful though.

Rooms are not well maintained, whole property is dilapidated. People staying here were loud. Only plus I see is that the location is close to Anchorage airport. Would not recommend for families with kids.

Microwave didnt work. Not enough water pressure to pressurize the shower head. No soap. Bed was old and very uncomfortable. Some weird smell in linen that kept me from sleeping! More than that but enough to get the picture.

I did not expect the Creekwood to be good, but it was really bad. I had two separate stays there, each two nights. Each room was bad. The facilities did not work properly. I had to hold the faucet in place to make the sink work, the TVs didn’t work correctly, the first room had a refrigerator that wouldn’t close because of a giant block of ice in it. The place is just super rundown and generally unpleasant.

I guess I will leave a review that I wish I had seen before staying, the door doesn’t lock until you push the button on the deadbolt (not told to us when we checked in but somewhat obvious when you look at the door). I think this is a place that police would avoid because they know they would have to arrest people that stay there. The water was out when we woke up for a couple hours, which was more or less the cherry on top of the whole place. If you’re looking for cheap, then sure. Safe? Idk.
