The only negative were the impressive bird droppings on my windscreen after I made the mistake of parking under the trees in the car park. Long journey to Tesco Wellingborough to find a car wash!」

「We had a very comfortable night's stay. The temperature of the room was perfect all night and the room and bathroom were very clean. The continental buffet breakfast was very good and the staff were very pleasant and attentive to my needs. We would willingly stay here again.」

All crockery and cutlery was available together with a decently sized kitchen sink. The en-suite was adequate with an electric shower, toilet and sink. We will stay at the Falcons Nest next time we are in the area. 」

「We stayed here for one night, but didn't use the restaurant (there's a Costa and Greggs nearby) or other facilities, so can't comment on those. The entire building looks very new, is in good repair and clean. The room was smart and comfortable. Despite being located close to the A45, it was very quiet. I could barely hear traffic when standing right next to the window. There were only very minor issues: The room's heating was a little noisy (fan noise) when operating, but not terribly so....
