「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"!
Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...

「房間有冷氣；香薰插座的香味很香；另外有咖啡機，水，有氣水，汽水，薯片，朱古力；車有叉電位，但所有慢叉均不能使用，只有快叉；員工對狗很友善；早餐不錯，整體很滿意。」
