"The shower hose spayed out the sides and not the shower head resulting in a flooded bathroom including the slippers being worn. Showering was impossible. additionally, there was NO hairdryer in the room, so wet hair is very unpleasant."

"Went too a concert after work and needed the hotel so i wouldnt have to drive all tbe way back home. Got to the hotel at 3am to find out that my multi night stay was cancelled since they assumed thst i was a no show. . To rebook costed my over double the rate i was previously charged on expedia. I have done this routine many times at different hotels with no issue. They exploited the situation."

"Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked great. Day staff was good. The night front desk person was downright mean. When I asked for a microwave before the breakfast bar was open he showed passive aggression by closing the cabinets very loudly and muttering under his breath. My son was with me and I felt bad that he had to go through that. "
