"Amazing service and staff"

"We loved the location, such a beautiful area. The hotel was very nice and modern. Well maintained, and had a friendly staff. The only negative was the there was a sports team apparently staying on our floor, which allowed for excessive loud noise after quite hours, into midnight and beyond. I ended up calling the front desk. They tried, but the team seemed to be an issue. The next day I made it clear I would not have that happen again, which the staff made arrangements to move us up 2 floors. That helped a lot. The staff was great, but that experience was awful."

"Pretty crowded and guests were noisy. But the hotel was clean and girl at desk very helpful when we asked to change rooms because of barking dogs next to us. Cleaning staff however had no clean towels for us and never brought them back."

"Breakfast was awful I’ve stayed at many hotels who served way better breakfast yogurts had expiration dates from 2025… the hotel seems not to have AC or be cheap and not run it everywhere smelt like marijuana. Ice machines didn’t work, AC in bedrooms were slow hard to keep the temperature cool the maids stare and don’t even smile or say hello just make you uncomfortable staring. The beds were rough and very small. Definitely not worth the price tag of Hilton hotels first stay and will be my last."

"We arrived at 3 and were told we couldn’t check into 4. That was fine except for the tone and rudeness of the person checking no us in. At four, tried to check in again…was told we had to wait again. I’ve never had to wait past time of check in. We did not get into our room until 4:30. Then at 9:45am we had house keeping banging on our door and came in when check out wasn’t until 11! It’s a shame because it’s a lovely hotel. Also if you are sold out, like the lady told us, I would have more than just one person working the front desk and maybe who was a little less rude."

"At checkout Sunday at 930 am, we had a new clerk who was absolutely not professional, not friendly, had an attitude as if he didn’t want to be there , I hope the management corrects this so other customers don’t fall victim to his behavior! "

"It's been a long time since I've stayed at a hotel this nice. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, even the hallways were quiet. It was rare to even hear anyone passing your room regardless of the time of day/night. Will definitely use this chain again."

"The hotel was conveniently located for a trip north of Atlanta. The staff was friendly and helpful. Several restaurants were within walking distance."
