I spent a week here while visiting family in the area. Any time we called the front desk they were very responsive, and the pool was very clean and well heated. Towels were kept replenished in the pool area each day.

So, this property needs an overhaul. Carpet coming loose, wallpaper hanging, no heat in the hallways, only one elevator working- just lots of little things that need attention. The employees were kind and the pool was heated, but I would not stay at this property again when there are many more options closer to dining/things to do.

Breakfast was just average but definitly not worth the 13 extra we had to pay when most breakfast bars are included with stay. Also the fact that they had water in room with notes srating only free for diamond memebers and regular guests would be charged 2.00 per bottle was a little offputing . But rooms where clean and neat and well stockex with towela beds were super comfy.
