Right next door to Texas Roadhouse. The Motel is old - BUT it has been remodeled and is in top notch condition - did not have one complaint! Right off the hiway, and maybe a 2-3 minute drive to the entrance gate to the Biltmore Estate. Would highly recommend this hotel - good value for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was nice! Right on a steam that was so relaxing. This lodge was everything you want when staying in the mountains! Rustic and scenic.

This is my new favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge. I chose this place because of previous reviews.
Rhonda checked me in and then out when I left. She is extremely nice and friendly. She is definitely an asset.
This hotel is extremely clean. The floors don't have carpet and you can tell they clean the floors because I didn't end up with dirty socks. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. They take the time to clean the windows inside and out when someone checks out. They...

Great stay! Our first time staying in a hotel vs a cabin. We will totally be back for short trips. Nice balcony. We seen a wild bear for the first time. (We’ve been visiting 2 times yearly for 5 years) great warm pool. Elevators and also ramps at the end of every floor. Parking is not as bad as people in the reviews put on. There is a lower level to park on as well. Great breakfast and great front desk service.

Our stay was very interesting, to say the least. First, the hotel was very nice and the entire staff was very professional, pleasant, and went above and beyond. Second, but more importantly, I want to tell you that ‘Sandy’ was outstanding and very thoughtful. On Sunday, 06/22/25, during the evening hours, my husband experienced the onset of his first kidney stone, which led to an ambulance ride to a local hospital. Sandy was a tremendous help to me during this time by handling the logistics...
