「The property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool water was amazingly warm, that's hard to find in hotels. The rooms are clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. The only downside is that they do not have an elevator which was rough with so much heavy luggage. Other than that I would recommend this hotel 100%.」

「Hotel was clean and pool and hot tub were maintained. The breakfast was good and the staff were attentive. The only issue we had was when we went to shut the room darkening shade there was none so we had lights coming in all night. 「The room was not clean. Broken curtains and rods. Crooked lamp shades. Not clean looking at all. Not nice bedding and untidy. No housekeeping. Had to use all wet towels the second day nor did they tidy up the bed. Breakfast was not good. I will not recommend or go back there. Could not understand people working the desk. I most likely would have left but the cost was not refundable. I would not expect this at a Best Western.」
