「The hot tub faucets leaked and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, and the room was very dark.」

「Bugs in the bathroom and inside the mini refrigerator though only had to stay for one night. But still $200 for that was absurd even if the booking was so last second. I wish I took pictures of it all but sadly didn’t」

「We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this hotel offers a clean and comfortable bed to rest up. The front desk Maria was excellent , asking the right question and got me signed up for Hilton membership so that I can get points. I have stayed at Hilton several times , and never asked that question. Only downside is breakfast starts late 6.30 and weekend 7.30. We already left for VB before it opens.」

「Not the staffs fault but the power was out the whole time, the water was cold, and there was no a/c. I understand there was a storm but every hotel nearby had power which i’m guessing is because of a generator. Also the fire alarm went off every night which was horrible and caused disturbance.」

「During my 4 day stay, we had no power due to unfortunate weather events, however we had no power for the entire 4 days we stayed.This was very unexpected. We had no way to charge any of our devices or use any of the amenities until the day we had to check out. We only had hot water starting on our first full day we stayed.
