"We went down for breakfast, after we were interrupted by maintenance who was trying to come in our room and I had my do not disturb sign on. The toilet was backed up, so the receptionist brought us a plunger the night before. So the maintenance guy said that he was responding to the work order but totally disregarded my do not disturb sign. They had rotten bananas and a bowl and the apples were so old and wrinkly. The coffee machine was broken. Maria the receptionist who checked us in the was amazing after our event and we came back in our room we didn’t have a remote control to the TV and the telephone didn’t work and even though her shift was over, she was trying her best to make things right for us. "

"The rooms were dirty, dead lightbulbs weren't replaced when requested, the breakfast was cereal or oatmeal and the coffee was burned. Our third story window was wide open with no screen when we entered. Thankfully staff installed a lock at our request. The springs on one bed were so broken on one side that you could slide off the bed in the night. It's high on the list of the worst motels I've ever stayed in"
