「Facility is old but serious efforts have been made to update. New dropped ceilings, fairly new furnishings, new paint, quaint etc. Very clean and comfortable. I had very limited contact with staff, but that was pleasant. There was some road noise but not terrible. Spacious parking was at the room entry. Some of the room photos are misleading. Be sure to designate whether you was street front or creek side. Also be prepared for a 3% credit card charge. The most serious negative was the high step...

「The only bad experience I had was the cooling air was not properly working. I would wake up in the mornings and it was hot. The air had stopped working. Everything else was perfect! Very clean and items furnished that I was not have thought would be, etc..trash bags, paper towels. We had a very nice stay! Would like to stay again if air is fixed.」

「The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.」

「The room was clean but you could smell the room before you even opened the door. Wasn't sure if it was cleanser or air freshener or what but it was overwhelming and hard to relax. Also the room was so small you could barely walk around the beds to get to the sink (which was oddly far away from the bathroom) or the bathroom itself. Was not a welcoming environment in the room at all. The river in back was nice but the property itself is right off a main road with railroad tracks you have to cross...

「The room was very clean. The front desk staff person, however, was extremely rude. The checkin was right at 4:00, even though they were not full and rooms were available sooner. When I asked about waiting on the property until the room was ready, the front desk staff person told me I couldn't do that because I wasn't a registered guest. Then she added, "and you can go into the pool area." I wasn't going to the pool anyway.」
