「A very peaceful hotel with local shops and restaurants nearby. Sue helped with check in over the phone and was a pleasure. Great for a shower, head down and a good nights sleep at sensible prices.」

「The bed was broken (sunk in the middle of the bed) tv lost service every 5 minutes, there’s no1 to talk to, the place was a complete shambles. The only good thing was the room was clean. 」

「The property is very nice - good location for my visit to Tottenham Stadium to see a concert - it is approx half an hour walk- the only issue I had as a light sleeper was that due to no carpets in the room there was quite a lot of noise from guests walking about upstairs - otherwise all good 😊」

「The staff were lovely and made me feel very welcome. There is ample free parking on site and my room exceeded my expectation, with bottled water, biscuits and tea/coffee. A comfy double bed with a TV with a selection of movies on demand and a heating unit which I was very grateful for as it was Christmas. Overall, a lovely place to stay with good people all amongst Epping forest. Will definitely stay again when I am down that way. Thank you!」

「This was great inexpensive no frills town home style home. 5 separate bedrooms 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms that are shared by the renters. I came for a short trip to watch the Ravens play and it was perfect for my needs. My room was clean and comfortable. And had a sink TV refrigerator and an armoire. Just perfect for me or a couple. Minutes from the Stadium. The surrounding area is residential. The owner is very friendly and hospitable! I would definitely stay again if traveling solo or...

「In fact, it surprised me a lot. The staff was the boy at the bar table. He was busy but helped me to check in as possible as he could. My room was larger than I imagined. Bed was tidy and clean. The fragrance of the cover proved it was substituted. The hotel was close to TKmark, Subway and MacDonald. 5 mins walk to the underground station. The bar on the first floor made few noise but could't disturb my sleeping. Anyway, if you find a bed for one night I would recommend this hotel for you. For...

「I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future.」
