"On the whole a lovely hotel; our welcome wasn't great; the receptionist looked disinterested & didn't tell us anything. There was no information in the room so we had to ask where the restaurant was etc. Also most hotels now provide bottled water in the room so we were surprised there wasn't any. Uncomfortable stay, couldn't sleep, ok for 1 night
"Overall it was ok for one night but regarding the room condition nothing changed as per the last reviews. I was given a double bed room but actually it was two single beds and there was a big crack in the middle of the two single mattresses, I couldn't sleep whole night due to this, whole next day my back was hurting. Don't forget to lift the mattresses and you will be surprised to find that the bed base frame is actually broken and there were couple of wooden planks been put there to support it. Cleanliness was good, everything else was good and you should consider replacing those broken beds because people come to stay to have a comfortable sound sleep."
