「No complaints. I had to check out very early at 4am and the older gentleman even came out to open the gate for me. Superb staff」

「Breakfast could use more of the healthy options. And hand sanitizer on entry to buffet would be a good idea.」

「No A/C! That should be in the ad. No ice. No fridge. Pub next door is nice. They advertise how wonderful their beds are. They are NOT wonderful. Very firm. Sleeping with the window open is not my idea of A/C. Will never stay at a Premier Inn again.」

「A lovely B&B. Very friendly. Nice breakfast. Clean, tidy, close to the Tube. We had the disadvantage of visiting during the heatwave and the house was a bit of a heat trap, but the fan helped, and I’d absolutely go back at a slightly cooler time!」

「The room is good. The breakfast is normal and the coffee is not included in the breakfast menu, need to order additionally.」

「I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—they patiently answered all my questions and assisted with any issues I had, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The location is also excellent, with easy access to both the Underground and train stations, making it very convenient to get around. In addition, there is a large shopping mall nearby along with many great restaurants, which made dining and shopping very enjoyable. Overall, I would...

「The room was generally clean, and the kitchenware was sufficient. Areas for improvement included Wi-Fi connectivity issues, a broken TV (which lasted three days), and the air conditioning requiring a 15-minute wait before it returned to normal; staff followed up but it wasn't fixed. On my last night, I stayed in an apartment on the 11th floor. The room had a wall blocking the view, which the receptionist /staff should be notified the guests prior arrange the room as it is not worth such higher...

「Room nice and clean and well decorated.」

「very good first experience in London hotel」

「Great location for any event in the Tottenham stadium」

「Friendly welcome and lovely room. Lots of cosmetic work being done. The continental breakfast didn't really exist - I spotted some cornflakes but no milk. And some tea bags but no kettle.」

「Good: 5 mins walk to tube station and big M&S super market. Check in fast. Room: sacious, neat, quiet. Wifi: fast and stable. Free bottles of water in the room. Breakfast: various choices such as sausages, fried & boiled eggs etc. Bad: no moveable shower head, which is not flexible to wash my body. 」

「Very convenient located for me」
