「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「Well I want to be honest and say I haven’t travelled in a long time so full disclaimer I may be out of touch with staying in new and hip places. Although the room is small especially for a tall 6 foot guy it’s not bad. This is not a regular hotel stay in the traditional sense. 「Too dirty , felt so bad and wanted to leave asap」

「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage.
