Great place, great location!

A really nice place with approachable and kind owners! Great location very close to an underground line so easy access into London. If I could nitpick on one thing I think aircon would have made the stay even better!

A pleasant one night stay following a local event. Everything was clean and the room standard is very high. Easy access from M25 and local shops, restaurants and tube stations all within walking distance.

The service was wonderful, everyone is really friendly. There were no disturbances and the freedom to come and go was nice. We will definitely come back to stay next time we’re on a weekend trip in London. The hosts gave us a printout of directions to the stadium which we were very grateful for, they saved us money and time. Security of the property was overall very good and we felt safe inside and outside the property. There are towels provided and a small en-suite with amenities attached to the room we booked. Everything was freshly cleaned and no weird smells, the bedding was fresh too. We had access to the TV which allowed us to connect our mobiles. Also free wifi.

Lovely accomodation, really smart location near 2 stations. Owners really friendly, perfect for what we needed which was a place to stay near Ally Pally for a concert. Highly recommended. We will definitely be returning.
