「We had a mix up on sleeping arrangements and ended up without enough beds for our group. When I shared our issue with the manager he went out of his way to not only put us in another room but also found us a room that had an adjoining room that allowed us to have even more space and beds. I am not sure what we would have done without his willingness to accommodate our needs. Not every hotel would do that. I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Branson.」

「Room was clean, Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but tableware was flimsy plastic. Good location.」

「This is an older property but the price and the breakfast was great. The room was clean and the location was great as we were attending praisefest at the Mansion.」

「Too many ants in the room」

「The breakfast was a little disappointing, repeatedly out of eggs, potatoes or coffee. besides the breakfast overall experience was good.」

「Water pressure sucked on floor 5 the room did not maintain temperature good at all, and the hotel does not have any TV providers, so you get like 8 info commercial channels. If they had smart TV, you could cast from your phone, but they were older TV's. Nice room but not worth the price.」

「Very clean and well maintained for the age and nightly price of property.」

「服务很好，住得很舒适，价格适中。」

「all good.」

「Enjoyed the bfast」

「This was my first stay at this Best Western. It was very quiet, well-staffed, clean, and comfortable. I don't remember a quieter room from climate control, street noise, and hallway noise. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the side chair with ottoman was perfect. Breakfast was better earlier in the shift unlike other places where business traffic is high. This hotel had concierge service for tickets and reservations, a plus. I was very satisfied with the value for the price!」
