「We were overall pretty pleased with the property with the exception that the clothes washer did not work and the dishwasher was not operational. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. We were told upon check-in that we would not have housekeeping service during our stay but they actually provided exceptional housekeeping service every single day, supplied us with new towels, made up our beds, etc. 」

「What a cool place to stay! Every detail is thought of and on brand. We enjoyed the pastries in the free breakfast from 6-10. We also loved the grounds like playing in the creek, listening to the music by the fire pits (staff will make and extinguish them for you), letting the kids play on the natural playground and tunnel, and the lobby with tons of board games and other goodies. 「They got us a room on short notice, and it was quite nice. The second day there, a leak from the room above us came through a ceiling light fixture and flooded our bathroom. We were given another room and upon our arrival there, we found that the unit was not ready to be occupied. There was a fan blowing toward the laundry area, which had obviously been flooded as well.
