"We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....

"We came in a family room. We had three people. We needed and used the laundry and dryer for a lot of clothes. We were happily rested. Then, we ate great breakfast in the morning."

"Al principio todo parecía muy bien,por la noche y de mañana diferente le llaman "wáter bug's"animalitos de agua y en Puerto Rico yo les llamo "cuchara" bebes y no so bebes.en el baño y después en la mesa de noche debajo del mesa de noche y el refrigerador. Pero se veía bien al principio.appaeiencias engañan!!!"

"Place was clean but the ac unit was very loud and the bathroom smelled like there was a sewer problem"

"No remote control, no microwave, no fridge!! Bugs in window sill, dead cockroach on floor. Nasty ring around inside of toilet!! Grass looks like it hasn't been mowed for at least a month or two. Poolwas green!! I requested a refund. I hope they do the right thing!! Place should really be condemned!"
