"Nice, clean, well-maintained property in the Wailua area, Plantation Hale Suites is located near Kapa'a and about 15-20 min from the airport. There are a number of restaurants and food places nearby, and the Suites are a five-minute walk to the beach. The Suites have pools, BBQ areas, and laundry facilities. The only "bad" thing about my stay is that the suite was not ready at the check-in time of 4:00pm; otherwise, I liked this property and would most likely stay there again."

"Awesome stay!! Loved the sound of waves crashing on the beach from the room. Ocean view was at a slight angle. Our next stay here will be in a unit at the middle of the U with a more direct ocean view. Check in was at a nearby hotel. Quiet resort with 2 nice pools on what feels like a private beach. Walking distance to everything we needed, including awesome restaurants and Safeway. "

"We were very happy with our week long stay here. We were in a second floor unit, (225) and it was great to look out over the pool with the ocean just beyond. It was super quiet even with having lots of other families in neighboring units. We also loved having direct access to the beach any time we wanted to swim and having the local shops just a block away was a great bonus. We are looking forward to coming back in the near future and i would recomend this place to anyone looking for a great...

A/c is only in extra den with sofa bed so main room had ceiling fan but less circulation, and with windows open, you hear more louder neighbors stomping up/down stairs & loud voices in the middle of night. A/c wasn't needed in den since near patio doors; wished a/c was in main room for temperature and outside noise control. Traffic noise wasn't too bad despite having closest room to street....
