"Cleanliness was not an issue, however the pool and hot tub has so much antibacterial agent in them (chlorine, bromine or other) that it affected my skin and my eyes. Also so many parents with little ones or unsupervised teens were using the hot tub, it became an issue--it was certainly over the occupancy posted. Also you hot tub is HOT. I could put my feet in, but could not stay more than a couple of minutes. I was concerned with a small baby and several toddlers spending lots of time there. Teen were running and jumping into the pool cannonball style trying to see who made the most splash. I actually walked the perimeter to make sure I knew where the emergency call was."
