"Check-in staff forgot to note that only my husband was leaving on the 4:30 shuttle to the airport, NOT me,I was staying till check- out.(11:00) Housekeeping CAME INTO MY ROOM,NO KNOCK, AT 7:00 as I was coming out of the bathroom...thank goodness I had my pajamas on!! Then they came back at 9:00, knocked on the door and when I answered told me I " wasn't supposed to be in that room." When I explained the situation she THEN said, "Well, when are you leaving?" I wanted to stay right up until 10:59, but ended up leaving at about 9:45. OTHER than that, the stay was a 10 out of 10, for sure."
