「Beautiful hotel and lovely staff」

「personnel aimable et disponible, petit déjeuner copieux, chambre confortable」

「Newly renovated Hotel that has 5 stars room though decided to stay on a 3 star rating (with just 14 rooms they don't need a 24/7 front office staff, dedicated landline in every room, etc. etc. which are base requirements for a 4 Stars + rating...). 「环境挺好的，住的也很舒适，朋友推荐的，不错哦」

「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「A very good breakfast but my room was cold and the heating indifference」

「Everything about it was lovely and highly recommended! The heater was on which made the room hot. But we were able to turn it off and could sleep with windows open. Thank goodness it was cold outside. One cannot shift to AC mode.」
