「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」
「Really nice hotel with excellent staff. All members appeared well trained and were extremely friendly. Great position and easy to access. Room was very large and good breakfast. One of two parts now need updating but on the whole very nice hotel. Parking was confused €20 a night which is fine but some guests were parking free just in front of hotel which we could have done had we known. Very dog friendly. Would definitely stay again. 」
