Could not be closer to the train station. Finding a place for dinner in the of season is a challenge. Staff was wonderful.

Convenient location with easy parking.

Part of the hotel was closed for renovations; but the staff was helpful, parking was easy and the breakfast was decent. We had some concerns when we saw it was directly across from the train station, but the neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was an easy walk to old town and the wine caves.

A sleep over in Beaune

Hotel was OK , it is aging and needs small repairs. The bed was the actually great, big and comfortable. Pity about the sleeper couch that was opened made up - it really got in the way, as the lower room is small. We did not need the sleeper couch. It was great to have scrambled egg for breakfast!!

Great stay. Friendly staff who speak English well. Rooms are clean. Train station is across the street but you don’t hear it and it doesn’t seem to attract many people. About a 12 min walk to restaurants but is safe and quiet.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable — definitely appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. However, it's located right next to the train station, and the noise from passing trains and frequent loudspeaker announcements every 15 minutes made it hard to fully relax. Great stay if you're not a light sleeper.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. It’s an older hotel so no lift and my room only had a door leading out to a common patio which you needed to lock/unlock with a key.

For almost all of the four day stay we did not have consistent hot water to shower. Sometimes it would just be cold, other times it would get warm after 10 or 15 minutes, occasionally it would be hot but mostly just warm. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable. The staff was of little or no help with the exception of Antoine who was empathetic to our problem and did his best to help us out. Without his efforts our stay would have been much more uncomfortable and frustrating!

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Chambre convenable, bonne literie propre qui disposait d'une climatisation qui n'a pas pu rafraîchir la chambre. Notre chambre donnait directement sur la gare, occasionnant des nuisances sonores par le passage des trains et des annonces de la gare.
