What a wonderful time. It was the pinnacle of luxury. Everyone was so kind.We loved our dinner and sitting outside at night with a cocktail (and the hubby had a cigar). Tje spa was wonderful as well.

This is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed staying here. Large, comfortable rooms! Staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed, made reservations, and was friendly. The bar is open 24 hours and is a great way to relax, end the day, and meet other travelers.

Starting with the correspondence prior to our arrival to the moment we checked out the service was impeccable! The hotel is located perfectly for walking to old town and the e-bike I rented was amazing for riding in the vineyards. We enjoyed the people and the accommodations. Excellent all round

CREAM OF THE CROP

This place is a dream! Our second stay and it wont be our last. This year we were here on our anniversary and when we walked into our room the bed had a rose rose pedals and a covered dish or macarons while balloons floated above it. How special that was?! The staff was amazing and very attentive. We loved Maxime and Matthew who took such good care of not just us but all their guests. A must stay 10 out of 10!

From the moment we arrived, staff were fabulous. Friendly and helpful - their service levels really made the difference compared to elsewhere we stayed. The restaurant was unfortunately closed the evening we stayed but they made excellent recommendations. Breakfast was excellent! Our whole experiencewas way better than expected and better than the 5 star we had in Reims. We'll return - thank you to the team.

Beautiful property . The staff are helpful and kind and warm . The service is very above the average . Also , the dining is memorabke and exceptional . The dining staff are very attentive, we’ll dress for a nice dinner , knowledgeable of the food and they make you feel relax . There’s something with their happy aura that makes you smile . Onder de verwachtingen helaas.

Verouderd hotel en zeker geen 5 sterren waard. Er hangt overal een oude muffe geur binnen in het hotel en de kamers. Badkamers zijn vernieuwd, maar dat is het dan Ook. Gegeten in de bistro. Service zeer slecht en zeer traag. Eten was beneden alles. De frietjes van mijn zoon waren gewoon smakeloze mc cain frieten en de nuggets waren minder lekker dan in de mc donnalds. Ontbijt was uitgebreid, maar pover van kwalliteit. Als we toekwamen in de bistro was er een live zangeres die enkel valse karaoke liedjes kwam zingen. Jammer want nochthans een pand met zoveel potentieel!

Après une journée un peu chaotique en voiture, à travers la Bourgogne, nous avons été très heureux de séjourner dans cet établissement confortable, propre, très calme, et avec un personnel plein d’attention.
