「The staff were so nice!!! They weee welcoming, attentive, and friendly to us. We wanted to ride bikes on the wine trail and have a picnic. Of course we’re were unprepared but we explained to the staff and they so kindly have us linen cloths, napkins, cutlery, cups. We had a great time. Two thumbs up.」

「Excellent location. Romantic hotel. Excellent barman. Noisy courtyard at night comproised sleep. Air conditioning unit was not functioning and the weather was warm.」

「A wonderful unique property which is very well cared for. The room was perfect for the 2 of us and the breakfast in the courtyard was lovely in the morning. The two gentlemen on reception when we turned up in the evening were very helpful. We were probably lucky but managed to get on street parking right outside the hotel which was great for our overnight stay. Overall would highly recommend for this hotel for a trip to Beaune.」

「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「有许多的停车位，走路7-8分钟即可到达市中心。房间略小但是需要的基本浴巾与床单还是干净整洁。遗憾的是没有电热水壶以及小冰箱，夏日比较不方便保存买来的酒以及食物。」

「Alles was eigenlijk prima. De ontvangst was prima. Aardige kerel was erg behulpzaam. We wilden 2 extra kussens en dat regelde hij. Gezellige kleuren in het ontbijtgedeelte. Prima ontbijt. Enige minpunt kan zijn dat ervgeen liftje inzit. Tis ook maar 2 verdiepingen hoog. Goedgeslapen op prima bed….」

「This hotel is in a very old building. There is no lift, so you must carry your luggage up and down the stairs. We are older and found this to be difficult. The hotel is located close to the heart of town, so good from that perspective, but it is a 15 minute walk from the train station. There are no taxi's in Beaune, so the only way was to walk with luggage. This was challenging for us. There is come charm in an old building, but this didn't have it. The bathroom left much to be desired. ...

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter...

「Ik heb geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt, want dan moest mijn hond op de (vreemde) kamer blijven. Gelukkig aan de overkant lekkere bakker. Vriendelijke service, de badkamer klein, maar functioneel. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Opvallend: trap heeft geen hoge treden. Knie-vriendelijk, zeg maar. 」
