I hated this place. Felt like a prison. Rough small towels. The floor was still wet in the bathroom and they left the dirty pillowcases from the last guests on the floor. Robot check in where everyone in line behind us could see the code to our room.

B and B Beaune Sud. Vous arrivez à l'hôtel. Une dizaine de personnes en attente devant le guichet de réception automatique... Impossible d'obtenir son code malgré une réservation en bonne et due forme! Il faut attendre 17 heures pour qu'une personne (très agréable) reçoive les gens et fournisse le sésame pour avoir accès à sa chambre!! Une heure d'attente donc. Et le matin au petit déjeuner nous découvrons une pièce minuscule qui ne peut accueillir que la moité des clients!!! Jamais vu cela, c'est vraiment inouï.... Impossible de recommander cette chaîne hôtelière! Pour nous c'est terminé!

Aucun soucis avec l'accueil et la propreté de l'établissement. Un point qui devrait être amélioré concerne le petit déjeuner. Quand j'y suis arrivé (8h50) reste un croissant, zéro pain au chocolat. Le pain brioché manquait de fraîcheur ( peut être le reste de la veille ?), restait la baguette et des mini tranches de pain gris.

Hotel correct mais arrivée compliquée

Il s'agit d'une nuit d'hôtel dans le cadre d'une étape pour me rendre en vacances. Arrivée tardive et là c'est le drame.... Impossible d'ouvrir le portail pour entrer sur le parking sans avoir enregistré sa chambre sur le terminal prévu à cet effet.... du coup voiture dans la rue le temps de faire la démarche, malheureusement, même avec le code impossible d'ouvrir le portail !!! Du coup 10 voitures en attentes 5 codes de différents clients essayés et toujours impossible d'ouvrir le portail, mais aussi la porte pour accéder aux chambres. Heureusement un client déjà présent dépanne ouvre le portail et nous ouvre la porte d'accès. Fort heureusement le code ouvre bien la porte de la chambre, sinon... Un seul terminal, dix familles en attente, un terminal lent au possible, au format PMR bonne initiative, mais impossible de lire l'écran sans être plié en deux. Je comptais être couché à 00h00 mais il a fallut 45mn pour faire l'enregistrement. La pause a donc été plus courte que prévue. Un deuxième terminal est plus que nécessaire ou un système plus efficient et qui fonctionne pour entrer serait un minimum
