「The body soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. As for the shampoo and conditioner, it was impossible to tell what was actually inside them. The building itself is old, and the walls were peeling in places. The staff at the front desk seemed reluctant to refill the water and coffee provided in the lobby area. I was shocked when someone on an upper floor threw a water bottle down to the ground below! I’m just relieved that no one was injured.」

「Rooms are not that clean. Old and needed to be updated- tub looked rough and not clean. Went to use the pool, and had to get out after discovering feces floating in the pool. Our door did not properly stay locked」

「First, we want to compliment your staff—they were great, helpful, and very responsive throughout our visit. We truly appreciated their attentiveness. However, the room we stayed in was quite noisy. It was located right next to the street, with traffic, trash pickup right beneath the room, and last night there were a few trucks working (possibly county work) without any prior notice. Unfortunately, this made it difficult for us to sleep well. Overall, aside from the noise issue, everything else...

「I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. 」

「Very nice beach view!! The room was decent but the toliet kept running and would not flush at times. Also there was a lot of hair left in the bathroom when we entered. Other than that it was a good room for the price. If the rate stays I possibly would return again」

「Kitchen was fully equipped. I loved the 2 bathroom unit because of the privacy and extra large unit. Enjoyed the dolphins playing with the paddle boarder. Close to entertainment, restaurants, shopping. Resort is safe for everyone. Will be back the end of July for a week. 」
