「The front desk asked us to call hotel.com to solve some system problems for them. It was your job not us, we were just guests! I stood at the front desk for almost 30 mins doing nothing Just because its problem in the hotel! 」

「The location was prefect as we were visiting the Lost Island Parks. Walking in the hotel smells like cigarettes and chlorine. The pool area was nice. We ate at Brew Brothers and Yummy. Both were good. Our room (704) was really dusty, but served its purpose. Our second room (703) smelled like ozone, so we tried to air it out for a while. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The sink had a soap bar. That was it. You get a free regular coffee at the café, or $2 off a specialty...

「Person checking us in was difficult to understand. Difficult to get the card to open door. Carpet in room badly needed cleaning, many stains. Bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper empty, with the cardboard still on the dispenser, no roll to replace it, and second roll nearly gone.」

「Hotel Millwright is a unique setting in a historic building but with a modern design and amenities. The room was spacious and the climate controls were especially appreciated, the bathroom and shower were both well thought out and staff was welcoming and helpful.」

「The place was filthy from the parking lot to the elevators all the way up to the rooms the pool hot tub no one has ever cleaned the glass the sauna there was a Band-Aid in there for seven days that we were there the breakfast bar it’s not what it is pictured it’s not what I saw in the Expedia picture of the hotel I have pictures of a yogurt machine that should’ve been cleaned but didn’t look like it was cleaned in years the filth was so disgusting a rag on the floor all week in the food area…....

「It was pet friendly which was nice. The room had a strong musty smell. The shower leaked so I had to put a towel down to muffle the sound so we could sleep. I did share with the girl at the desk.」

「I would not recommend nor stay at it again. The bed was a cheap foam mattress with no support beneath. Furniture was sparce and worn out. Probably got from a garage sale. Facility was badly in need of refreshing. I had to have staff for a chair. Breakfast was cold and uncreative. I'm beginning to think about not ever booking at a Hampton Inn again.
