「Beautiful property」

「This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in since arriving in Italy. We had air conditioning, a television, a great WiFi network, and a working fridge. This location is not central and we struggled finding a ride out in the morning but other than that Fiesole is a gorgeous town with phenomenal food and great views. Would stay again at Villa Bonelli in a heartbeat!」

「Wir hatten kein Internet im Zimmer. Die Antwort der Rezeption war, dass unser Zimmer leider zuweit vom HauptRouter ist und daher kein Internet empfang hat.. also ein bekannter Mängel. Der Whirlpool im zimmer ist nur dür 1. Person nicht wie ausgeschriebenen.」

「What a beautiful hotel this was. I stayed with my daughter in our first visit to Florence and the room was just as pictured in the photos we’d seen online. The bathroom had a pleasant surprise as we got to experience the bidet- so refreshing. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Our flight got pushed back by a day and they allowed us to extend our room with just a very small charge. They also helped daily with Taxi and was super friendly. Would definitely recommend this property!」

「I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before.
