Brilliant hotel- it has a great breakfast and the amenities were first class. Only slight downside is it’s a little further out of town but you know this when booking- they also have a shuttle bus!

Such a lovely property! The grounds are beautiful and having a pool to use after a hot day of walking around is wonderful. We found our dinner in the restaurant to be excellent! Good breakfast buffet! The only slight downside is if you want to go into Florence every day, while they do offer a shuttle, it stops quite a walk from the centre of town and the schedule isn’t always convenient so we needed up taking taxis a lot which added up financially. Still worth the area and the hotel but be aware of location. We loved it!

I loved everything about this hotel. The property, the staff, the view, the room. I would highly recommend staying here. We stayed 7 nights to attend my daughter's wedding. The room was adorable, clean, comfortable, and had a view to die for. The bathroom was very spacious. The property is spectacular with flowers everywhere, clean, well maintained, and peaceful. We ventured out for wedding activities and a bit of shopping but stayed at the hotel most of the trip because it was so enjoyable. We had massages, excellent. We played cards on the patio at the bar, excellent service. The front desk assisted us every day with taxis, water, a fan, toiletries if we missed housecleaning. Whatever we requested, they accommodated; superb customer service. I worked with them from the States before our arrival and they arranged for a car to greet us at the airport and bring us to the hotel upon arrival. My daughter tried to talk us into changing to another hotel closer to City Center and I am so thankful that we did not. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Mulino di Firenze.

This hotel was incredible, I can’t wait to go back again! The staff is incredible, the property is so beautiful. It’s one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at so far. Words can’t do justice of how beautiful it is!

Great room with a lovely view. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent, as was the service in all areas of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The features in the hotel which showed aspects of its past and the location by the river and weir were ideal. Lovely pool area with towels provided too. We had to wait a while to check in though as there was only one person on the desk and the couple in front had a problem which needed to be resolved.

Loved our stay! The entire property is so beautiful, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Do the breakfast buffet—best I’ve ever seen and so worth it before you take the shuttle (EUR 2.50 pp) into the city to explore.

Fantastic hotel with great services. Utilized the pool, the laundry service, the lobby bar, the safe underground parking. Reception is great. They speak fantastic English and help guide you through your trip into the city of Florence if you’re driving.

Room was very clean and authentic Italian decor. The hotel is a renovated mill right in the river. Front staff so very helpful. The restaurant had incredible food. Best dessert I have ever had. Chocoltiamo a creation of the chef. Perfect textures and flavours of chocolate. Couldn’t have been happier with this choice of place to stay.
