"It's a beautiful, well kept property. From the entry way, to the front desk area, through to the bar and out to the pool areas, all spaces are very inviting and make you want to stop to enjoy everything about them. We found the front staff to be nice, albeit some came across a little aloof, at times — the Gen Z stare is real. All in all, this is a great spot, and I would look forward to staying here again."

"The Sky Harbor Airport Inn was exactly as described, and my stay was good. My room looked exactly like the photos, and everything worked properly. I was able to use the shuttle to and from the airport, which was really convenient and one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. The employees at the front desk helped me with this, and it was easy and fast. The only negative is that the sheets smelled odd. Not bad, just had a weird smell. Otherwise, my stay was great, and I had no complaints!"

"Checkin took 45 minutes and we were the second one in line. Ordered salmon and smash patty melt from the coyote Catina - it was absolutely terrible ( soggy broccoli, tasteless rice and weird smell). Would not stay again, especially for $200 + a night and $100 in food. "

"I guess I didn’t expect it to be like a motel. Doors open onto a breezeway meaning we have to leave the blinds closed so it made the room is very dark. Staff was quite nice and the pool looked nice even though we didn’t use it. Location was convenient to what we wanted to do in the area. "My husband and I arrived early so asked if we could store our luggage. The concierge told us if we had IGH club numbers, we could check in early. We also noted the excellent location, close to a light rail station and access across the street to an enclosed hall leading to PHX Sky Train."

"This property was so unsafe and the room was dirty, I left and went somewhere else and they refused to give me a refund. I felt extremely unsafe to stay here and didn't want to stay overnight. It was extremely loud, the room was on the ground floor, there were drug addicts and loiterers everywhere. Located in an unsafe part of town with no gate blocking outsiders from coming onto property. There were clumps of hair in my bathroom and on the toilet paper roll. DO NOT STAY HERE. As a solo female, I would never stay in a sketchy place like this. The website and Expedia made it look like a "hotel" when it is actually a "motel." This is false advertising. And the pictures listed of the outside are misleading as well. HIGHLY UNSAFE AND DIRTY.
