「The room was like the picture and the location was excellent. It’s right in the heart of the areas you want to walk to in Rome. The men at the desk were extremely nice, helpful, accommodating, I would’ve liked to have had complimentary water bottles, in the room. The man at the desk even gave us bags to go, do our laundry and fold it and put them in the bags which I thought was very nice.
