「Clean and comfortable room. Fabulous small communal kitchen area with fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Very pleased with the generous breakfast supplies of teas, milk, breads, ham and cheese. Barbara sent us very helpful details by WhatsApp about how to get into the property when it became apparent we would be late because of flight delays. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet her but managed to organise payment after discussions on WhatsApp. Definitely...

It was my daughter’s birthday, and they even gave us two complimentary drinks as a gift, which was a really thoughtful gesture. 「Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass. I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect. Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask. Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins...
