「The location of the hotel is excellent. It locates at the metro of Paral-lel station which is nearby. We are family and we reserved a 3 beds room and it’s big and tidy. It has 2 basins with 2 bathtubs so it’s convenient to us. The breakfast is also good and they provide excellent variety of food. The swim pool is small and you can even swim. But in that hot season, it’s a good time to lower your temperature. The front desk and service are also brilliant and I highly recommended. 」

「Front desk staff is friendly but a bit inflexible in providing early check-in. We have a case with the transport company but the front desk staff just helped to explain in English to us, without really helping in resolving. The best thing of the hotel is the hygiene of the room is very good. The bed and pillow are comfortable too. The swimming pool is really small and fully packed with guests. If I pay this price, I can definitely enjoy a better hotel, either in terms of location or...

The location from the center of everything to the fact that you can just get there in two minutes and the bus from the airport. The cleanliness of the room, the amazingly friendly staff who are very easy to talk to and organize your business before you arrive. Everything is just top notch. 「This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out...
