「Las luces de la habitación se apagaron en plena noche y no había agua durante el día. Tras avisar a recepción, me dijeron que estaban en mantenimiento y lo restauraron al poco tiempo. Lo más importante es que pude oír el ruido del mantenimiento en la habitación todo el día.。 房間的電燈半夜會停電，白天房間沒有供水，通知前台後說正在維修，一會兒才恢復。最重要的是在房間內一直聽到維修的聲音，從早上到晚上都沒有斷過。 」

「We didn’t like that there were no table and chairs, no hand or face cloths, the shower leaks water all over the floor and our bed sheet had what looked like blood stains on it and neither my Wife or myself were bleeding anywhere, it was very strange! What we did like was your Staff member’s were all very friendly and helpful and your location across the street from the Mall was wonderful!」

「I stay in NH Hotel many time. It is the smaller room that I had stayed. However the room is clean and the staff is very polit and helpful. It should be walk about 10 mins. to M station. Supermarket is nearby. 」
