「The building is very old, and while they have done some remodeling, it still shows its age. The bathrooms in particular were outdated and frankly the shower was disgusting. While the shower appeared to have been cleaned, a shower of that type, that is that old, is only going to get so clean. Combine that with the fact that the shower was very slow to drain and you get to shower in a pool of dirty shower water. Gross. Breakfast was adequate, although there were no juices, which I found odd. ...

「We were extremely disappointed in the restaurant. We saw now staff and several tables not cleaned off. A couple that were leaving told us the service was terrible and the food was not good. So, we went to the coffee shop. I hope the restaurant issues can be improved. We used to love going there!!!!!
The hotel is wonderful, aside from that!!!」

「still breakfast, even no packed oatmeal or pastries?! BUT same price!!! Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us!
I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable 」
