Ein schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage von Wien (7-8min Fussweg zum Hbf) und guten Parkmöglichkeiten in den umliegenden Parkhäusern. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war insgesamt sehr gut. Für ein kurzen Wien-Tripp (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) zu empfehlen.

It’s short walk from Vienna central station. Grocery is right in the corner. Lots of small restaurants around the area. You can feel the lifestyle of the local people. The room is spacious and clean with all facilities we need. I really like the apartment.

Great place... Bad comms

Great location and well equipped flat. It is amazing till everything works. Once it doesn't there is no HUMAN to get in touch with. Everything is via a bot and a dead end. The bot confirmed extension of our stay only to find out later that it was error. Had to rush last min to another more expensive place. So if you can take that risk of zero comms with human it is a perfect place location and amenities wise

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip!

Check-in (Daten pünktlich per Mail bekommen) und Parken völlig problemlos. Sauberes Appartement, Ausstattung hat alles Notwendige enthalten. Gute Lage (Einkaufen und U-Bahn ums Eck, keine 3 Minuten Fußweg). Für einen Städtetrip für Selbstversorger perfekt. Würde es wieder buchen!

建物の場所がわからない

到着前にメールでチェックインの手順が来たのは予約日の15時で、チェックインの時間でした。建物の場所がわからないし、玄関のどこを押せば建物のドアが開くのか、メールの内容ではわからなかったです。アパートメントの居住の方に建物の中に入れてもらって、ようやく部屋のドアの前に来ました。もう一度建物から出るのが不安でした。2回目に建物に入る時も、なかなか建物のドアが開かなかったです。アパートメントを利用される方はよく考えた方が良いと思います。電話しても雑音が入って聞き取れなかったです。メールでやりとりしました。部屋はゆったりできてよかったです。
バスタブがありゆっくりできました。ただ滑るので気をつけて下さい。洗濯機もありました。

必要な物が揃っていて暮らす用に泊まれました。特に浴槽と洗濯機があったのと、トイレと洗面所が分かれていたのが嬉しかった。 床暖房が24℃くらいで入っているとのことで、外気が2℃になる夜も室内はぼんやりと暖かかった。評価を落とすほどではないが、掛け布団が薄くてヒートテックを着て寝ないと薄いパジャマでは寒かった。あと、洗面所のヒーターがつかないのは何故だったのかな。

Nice and clean apartment. However, staffs of Duschel apartments Wien- Hauptpbahof are very rude and not of help their guest. The staff are not considerate or flexible to its customer regarding check in time as well as check out time which they place at 10Am without flexibility. Furthermore, they are not honesty with teams and conditions, such as hidden charges of deposit at a point of checking-out, and access code to the apartment was constantly malfunction, because I was stocked many times outside the apartment door upto 40 minutes with no help from its customer service. I had a terrible experience during my stayed in the apartment.

This is an older property and shows its age. Some Blinds on windows are broken. One bedroom has privacy screens inside the window but this is not explained. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen has the basics. The area is a little sketchy near the entrance but is close to a pedestrian street and subway station.

Great location, excellent value for money

This was a last-minute choice, but I'm very happy I made it. The apartment was spacious with a large bathtub. The bed was quite comfortable. Access was easy with good communication beforehand. Location near the Hbf is great. The only things worth compalning are 1) the Wifi was very bad. There were two of them: the first one was slower then 1 Mb/s, the second one kept dropping off, so I had to use my own mobile hotspot for working. 2) The sofa wasn't the one shown in the photos, but a grey one with a fabric cover. It was comfortable nonetheless. I liked the apartment so much I checked if I could rebook it for a later part of my trip, but unfortunately it wasn't available. Next time I'm coming to Wien, I'll probably check this one's availability first before considering other options.

Não é um hotel e não possui serviço de recepção, o acesso é feito por senha que é comunicada somente no dia do check in o que gera uma certa insegurança, se vc estiver sem internet vai ter problemas. o apto é bom e próximo do metrô o que facilita a ida aos pontos de interesse. Pontos negativos: ficamos sem água quente por mais de 24 horas, reservamos um tipo de apartamento e fomos colocados em outro, cobram um valor de 50 euros como caução que é devolvido alguns dias após o check out e o responsável pelo espaço é muito mal educado, assim, em função desses pontos negativos não recomendo.

Recommend

We liked that the place was very clean and the communication with property was good. Check in was easy and sofa bed was good. The only problem was the washing machine because the door was not line up properly and we were struggling to open it after the wash. We would suggest for improvement was to leave more supplies of toilet papers and paper towels. Also providing cooking basics like oil and sugar etc would be nice. All in all, it was a nice place to stay and only 8 to mins walk from main central station with lots of supermarkets in the area.
