We had a problem with the hotel we originally booked, so we got transferred to the FRANKLIN London by Expedia promptly which we very much appreciated. The room is super cozy and amazing, staff here are helpful with warm smile. You can have variety choices for the main course of your breakfast and I really recommend to include breakfast when you stay.
The hotel is very close to the Harrods, only within 5 minutes walk. Takes 8 minutes to the underground. Very convenient location with quiet neighbourhood.
The only cons would be there was no electric socket nearby the bed or table, it’s a bit tricky to charges phones and other equipments.
Franklin set a very high standard for 5 star hotels and we hope to stay here again when we back to London.

The front desk were polite and thecleaning staffs were professional. Eating are not convenient as there is only one restaurant in the hotel and those near by were pack up with tourists.

Great location,very close to train and tube stations. Staff is helpful, especially manager Barbara - helping me to upgrade from single room to twin room for several days during my two-week stay. Can walk to Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Hyde Park within 10-15 minutes. Quite a lot of restaurants ...

nice hotel but the price is too high
