However, this hotel was renewed by another hotel and you need to make the check-in at their hotel which is about 5 mins away from the homestay, it will be a little trouble if you first time go there.」

「Great hotel in perfect location 5 mins from St Marks square, so relatively quiet with plenty of restaurants about. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent.」

「最大的優勢是離水上巴士站、聖馬可廣場非常近，附近也有很多餐廳及熱門商店(蕾莉歐)，要去玻璃島、彩色島或outlet也都可以搭到適合的船班直達或轉車。如果行李比較多，也可以搭乘機場直達的水上巴士ALILAGUNA(約75分鐘，比較久一點，但不用拉行李走一大段石板路轉汽車和水上巴士)。 本館及別館都有住過，飯店比較有歷史，但整體而言還不錯，值得考慮，最大的優勢還是交通方便及地點。」

「La propiedad hermosa, limpia, con una terraza divina, el vaporeto tiene la estacion a 3 cuadras, no nos funcionaba la calefaccion y en 5 munutos vinieron a ver problema y lo solucionaron, sin dudas volveria a alojarme ahi.」

「The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,」

「We had a fantastic stay over 5 nights. The area is away from the busy tourist spots so its quieter but still had lively, grest restaurants and bars. Easy to walk into the main spots and short walk to various boat stops. Terrace gets the sun in the morning which is lovely, air con perfect for hot summer days, kitchen stocked enough to make simple dishes. Beds comfy and rooms spacious. TV only local channels. 」
