Excellent location for walking. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially for arranging private water taxi services. The patio off the bedroom was a beautiful space to make the smaller room feel larger. Would definitely recommend as a nice, convenient hotel in the heart of Venice.

The hotel is traditional and situated close to all the major tourist sites. Our room with balcony had a pleasant city view and the breakfast courtyard is a lovely outside space. Staff were friendly and welcoming and we would happily return for a longer stay.

Quiet, close to San Marco but away from crowds. Not a lot of foot traffic in the alleys around the hotel. Has lifts. Close to nice neighborhood restaurants. A bit dated but clean and with good air conditioning. Very close to water transport.
