"The property location is ideal. The room was really amazing but 1-2 days we had problems with the room conditioning unit and it took time to figure out what was wrong. In the end they solve the problem. Very nice and helpful staff"

"Perfect location close to most of the must -see’s. Very clean, so helpful staff!! Amazing front desk ! Massimiliano was amazing organizing all we needed! The feeling staying in Ruzzini hotel was like home but the home was an actual palazzo!! I will come back again !!!!! Thank you to all the staff for the best experience!! We felt like Venetians for few days!"

"This hotel is very well situated - just a short block from a water bus stop and an easy walk to San Marco square. The room we had was small but comfortable. The building is old so getting to and from the room was a little convoluted, but we figured it out. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. They had water and juice available all the time."

"Gorgeous hotel. The reviews are (thankfully) right - there's a huge amount of attention to detail here, and the staff are lovely and friendly. The rooftop bar has to have one of the best views of Venice, and was a particular hightlight, though our room was wonderful too - we were upgraded to a junior suite (joint big birthday!) with 4 large picture windows looking out over the lagoon, and its own walk in wardrobe. They also have a lovley garden - if you can, definitely ask at reception for a taxi service to the staion or airport - they'll pick you up from their little dock and it's the best way to leave the city."

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Venice! Staff were extremely nice and helpful. After one day they recognized us and would make an effort to say hello. The room was beautiful and very clean and the location was perfect!"
