We appreciate your business and we value your feedback. After Covid, we removed coffee maker.. Most guest don’t even use coffee maker. We will introduce coffee Make her back if the demand is there.

The windows had no screens so large mosquitoes were getting in. We had to keep the windows closed making it stuffy in the room. The bathroom had a lot of rust stains and dirty walls. The beds were comfortable. Some furniture was broken. Not top notch but okay for a one night stay.

Great value. I was there alone and felt safe. Gentlemen at front desk are very courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Has Microwave and fridge. On site parking. Central location. Would definitely recommend.

The room was outdated but clean, but their clientel is super sketchy. On top of it, one of them side swiped my vehicle. I was thankful I only booked 2 nights.

No frills vintage room
You get what you pay for here, no frills. It’s definitely a step back in time when you walk through that door. But overall decent stay. Front desk was very friendly. Only qualm I hold is you had to find that sweet spot on the shower nozzle to get hot water. Relatively quiet minus my last evening there.

No issues whatsoever. Very friendly staff and honest. I left a personal item behind and I was able to pick it up 8 hrs later. Good quiet sleep and family friendly.

Carefree Comfort!!!
My Room was exceptionally clean, the bed felt great, microwave & fridge.... Thats all i need to be content. Checking in was quick & easy, to the point. One more thing that I must add, Management is A One of a kind Guy, seems very knowledgeable, soft spoken, professional. Overall,,, Great experience, definitely 5⭐ on a 2⭐ budget.

Very enjoyable stay!
Owner was very attentive to our needs and very friendly. Building is dated as most are in that area but very clean. Safe, free parking.

We've stayed here a few times and the owner is nice and and very helpful in any way. The price was cheaper then some of the other hotels . We would stay here again.

It was a place to sleep.
Very friendly staff. Rough condition. There is a loading dock behind the inn where trucks will unload beginning at 6am.

A nice hotel, reasonably priced and well maintained. Staff is friendly and outgoing. If you’re not looking to break the bank, and get a room for a night or two. The bay shore is great stay!

Extremely comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Heat / cold unit functioned excellent, tv, fridge and micro all functional. Spacious bathroom, hot water and good shower pressure. Parking lot and exterior grounds maintained well. Clean room.

The staff is outstanding! The rooms however are fairly dumpy and old, for the amount of money per stay. However, this is quite typical in Ventura; I have stayed so many different places for work.
