「I stayed in Hotel stad en Land with my husband and 2 kids. We had a connected room with a double bed and 2 single beds at the uppermost floor. Staff are nice and the room condition is a lot better than I expected for such a historic building. It is opposite to the train station. Cheese market and car parks are within 10 minutes walk. No elevator may be a little drawback.」

「This hotel is lovely! The staff were all so kind and treated us very well. There is free coffee and juice in the lobby which was a nice surprise. Beds are very spacious and the AC was a godsend in the August heat. The only thing that is tricky is that the Zaandam train station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and the area is not very well lit. This is obviously not the hotel's fault and they keep the property very secure, but just as a note! Would still highly recommend - it is a great...

「Wow! Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Wir hatten eine super schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung! Schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht! Alles super sauber! Die Betten waren toll! 「The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous! The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night. In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to. 」

「The hotel is being renovated, so some parts of the building are temporarily unavailable. Other than that, the hotel is wonderful, and the staff is extremely friendly. The town is beautiful and very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.」
